This course aims to develop the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. By the end of the course, students are expected to have mastered basic Chinese grammar, be able to introduce family members, ask directions, make purchase…etc, and interact with Chinese people in daily conversation. As well as study Chinese language, students will also learn basic information about Chinese culture and traditions.
